Grief is a deeply personal journey, and healing takes time. This workbook is designed to help you process your emotions, find meaning in your loss, and move forward with hope and resilience.
Grief affects all of us differently, but there are stages and phases that we have in common.
Grief comes in many forms from recovering from a medical diagnosis to losing a pet or loved one. Compound grief occurs when a recent loss triggers unresolved grief from past trauma. That is why losing a pet can seem more devastating than other significant losses (and the loss of your pet to comfort you. The loss of my pets, especially my dog London, has been devastating. Losing a person, a relationship, and adjusting to life after cancer have been other significant experiences for me. Everyone has a different experience, but working through grief together and with a roadmap gives us hope. I am here for you.
